All booking and registration forms can be found under the BOOKINGS tab.

Once you have had a look at our timetable and have decided which classes you would like to attend, you can book in as follows:


Step 1: Registration

For new clients only.

You have the option of either completing the form online or printing out the PDF copy to bring with you to your first class.

Once you have submitted this form, you will not be asked to do so again as all your details will be on record.


Step 2: Bookings

For new clients only.

This form will be used upon your initial booking with Active Zen.

Here you will find payment options and banking details, a full selection of available class passes, voucher information for special deals and the class days and times on offer.

This will ensure you are booked into our system and are ready to start attending yoga classes.


Step 3. Monthly Pre-Bookings

For new and returning clients

After completing the Registration Form and Bookings Form, you are then able to book in to any class in advance. Pre-Bookings are opened quarterly throughout the year.

This is an optional booking system but will guarantee your spot as spaces are limited and bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Select as many classes as you wish to attend and click ‘BOOK’. This will notify us that you have reserved your space in that class and you will get priority over others.

Should you wish to change your bookings you can always phone or email us and our admin team will update your preferences accordingly. Contact details can be found under the CONNECT WITH US tab.
